RTTP Game Development Conference

We are pleased to announce the first conference devoted to designing games for the pedagogical method “Reacting to the Past.”  Participants will play two Reacting-style games that are currently in development, discuss game design principles and processes, and work to expand and explore ideas for new games. Activities include:
 
July 18, 2012: Pre-Conference Game: Greenwich Village, 1913: Suffrage, Labor and the New Woman (Bovee University Center, Central Michigan University)
 
July 19 - 21, 2012: Workshop (Bovee University Center, Central Michigan University)
This workshop focuses on designing games for the pedagogical method “Reacting to the Past.”  Participants will play one of two available Reacting games currently in development and take part in smaller workshop sessions to help designers brainstorm ideas for new games.

The registration deadline is June 30, 2012.
