The registration fee covers tuition, game materials, consultation, and most meals (4 breakfasts, 2 lunches, refreshment breaks, and an evening reception).

Registration Policies

Member Registration Rates

Please note that discounted consortium member rates are available only to Reacting Consortium members (institutional or individual) who have activated or renewed their membership for 2016 by February 28, 2016. However, everyone registering for the Annual Institute will be granted a one-year membership in the Consortium, with all of the related benefits. For further information on annual dues, membership terms and benefits, and your current membership status, please email RC Membership and Outreach Manager Jennifer Worth (jworth@barnard.edu).

Campus Team Discount

A team discount is available when three or more faculty from the same institution complete the registration form together online.  The discount is $25 per person. The team discount cannot be applied to graduate student/TA registration fees, as that rate is already discounted to below cost.

Other Fees

Barnard College also offers guest accommodations for participants in a campus residence hall. Participants can reserve their rooms during online registration at a rate of $75/night for double occupancy, or $90/night for single occupancy. Payment Deadlines

Credit card payments will be processed live during online registration. All payments made by check or purchase order must be postmarked within 14 days of the registration deadlines above for the corresponding rates to apply.  Institute materials will not be shipped until payment is received in full.

Changes and Cancellations

Registrations are transferable within an institution up to two weeks before the event. Refunds will be provided for cancellations received in writing or via e-mail to reacting@barnard.edu by May 8, 2016; a $50.00 processing fee will be deducted. After May 8, no refunds (full or partial) will be made for cancellations of registration or lodging reservations.
