Registration Rates and Policies

The registration fees listed below cover tuition, game materials, consultation, and several meals.

Please note that discounted consortium member rates are available only to Reacting Consortium members (institutional or individual) who have activated or renewed their membership--and, through an agreement with our University of Georgia hosts, all faculty and administrators from University System of Georgia institutions. For further information on annual dues, membership terms and benefits, and your current membership status, please email RC Administrative Director Jennifer Worth (


The Winter Conference will be held at the University of Georgia Hotel and Conference Center. Learn more about the venue here, or to book your room, visit the Georgia Center website and reference event code "89248" to secure the conference rate.


Credit card payments will be processed live during online registration. All payments made by check or purchase order must be postmarked within 14 days of the registration deadlines above for the corresponding rates to apply.  Institute materials will not be shipped until payment is received in full.


Registrations are transferable within an institution up to two weeks before the event. Refunds will be provided for cancellations received in writing or via e-mail to by December 15, 2017; a $50.00 processing fee will be deducted. After that date, no refunds (full or partial) will be made.
